We are a team, led by a Lean Manufacturing 6 Sigma Black Belt Engineer, driven by the desire to fix things. For us, it’s not just fixing something, it is learning, understanding, and then developing a solution that is a permanent corrective action.

One day, we were contacted by a global general contractor who wanted to remove welded hollow metal frames from the beginning of the project, moving them to the end of the project. He wanted to remove frames from the Critical Path for planning and building the project. On top of these frames clogging up the process, the client also disliked them because of their poor appearance, durability, and performance.

We created a lean solution to this problem.

Driven by the Lean Principle of identifying and eliminating waste, the Qwikinstall Frame was designed to provide a breakthrough alternative capable of eliminating waste throughout the project and reduce labor by over 37%.
